Can I delete my account?

Order Information

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders usually cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation and processing. If you need to make adjustments, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that every order can be successfully modified or canceled.

How to check the order status?
After logging in to your account, you can view the processing and delivery status in "My Orders". Guest orders can be tracked using the order confirmation information and tracking number.

How to change shipping information or recipient?
You can contact customer service to try to modify the information before shipment. Changes are not possible after shipment; we recommend contacting the courier company to attempt interception.

How to handle order anomalies or if I haven't received my goods?
Please first check the logistics information. If you still haven't received your order after the expected delivery time, please contact customer service and provide your order number and a screenshot of the tracking information.
